Understanding Audit Fee Search Results
-
Audit Fees are displayed in a dedicated column, along with Audit-Related Fees, Tax Fees, Other Fees, and Amalgamated Fees.
-
Amalgamated Fees contain amounts that are not itemized—e.g., if an issuer reports "Audit and Audit-Related Fees" as a combined total, that number is placed in this column.
-
Audit Note and Audit Note Type provide additional context where needed.
