Avantis allows you to download documents (typically under 500 pages) as MS Word files, preserving formatting and tables. You can also extract all tables from filings and save them as MS Excel files.

Larger documents may download in the background and take up to 90 seconds.

A status message will confirm when the download is complete.

Files are saved to the default download folder set in your browser.
Downloading Documents as Word Files

Click the Word icon on the far right of a result grid item.

OR open the document and click the Word icon in the upper right margin.
Extracting Tables as Excel Files

Click the Excel icon on the far right of a result grid item.

OR open the document and click the Excel icon in the upper right margin.

Each table will be placed on a separate tab in the Excel file.
