Extract Company Lists from Document Search Results

There are times when you may need to generate a list of issuers for future searches based on the filers in your current results. Avantis allows you to create Issuer Lists directly from search results across multiple databases. This method works for searches in:

  • Filings

  • News

  • Insider Transactions

  • Audit Fees

  • Auditor Change

  1. Select items related to companies you want to add to a new or existing folder
  2. Right click on any of the highlighted company names and choose Add _ companies to company list(s)
  3. Type-ahead to either create a new list under that name or else search for any existing lists by that name
  4. Click Create if you are creating a new list
    1. If you are only searching for an existing list don't click Create
  5.  Choose lists to add to
  6. (Optional) - rename, share, delete lists - for more on lists, see How to Create and Use Company Lists
  7. (Optional) Clear - clears all checkboxes
