How to Share Company Lists and Results Folders for Admins

Admins and Public Lists

Admins are automatically assigned Admin Share Roles when added to Folder or List shares. Additionally, they can make Lists public, allowing all members to access and use them without requiring individual sharing.

Making a Folder or List Public

  1. Open the dropdown for the relevant Results Folder or Watchlist in your criteria. (See Sharing Watchlists and Folders for reference.)

  2. Click the share icon beside the folder or list you want to make public.

  3. Change the Privacy setting to "Public."

  4. Click "Save."
