Avantis allows you to search all insider trades and transactions using multiple criteria, including full access to SEDI transactions. Every field available on the SEDI site is both displayable and searchable within Avantis.

How to Search Insider Transactions:

Open the Insider Transactions module.

Make value selections in any criteria that your search requires.

If you want to search by other criteria beyond what is displayed among your active (visible, exposed) criteria, click + Add Criteria in the upper-left corner under the Search insider name… toolbar.

Expand the available criteria headings and select the criteria you want to add to your search.

Insider transaction-related criteria are found under the Transactions heading.

Choose values for the selected criteria.

Click Search to generate results.

Your results grid displays the same columns as a SEDI report on sedi.ca, plus any additional columns you ad

You can customize your columns using the Column Chooser in the upper-right corner (see Select and Reorder Search Result Columns).

Click any result to view it in Document View on the right side of the screen.

The Transaction Detail section includes an Insider Profile, which displays details like the Insider Number and Insider Relationship.
- From here you can also access the Company Profile (see Viewing Enhanced Issuer Profile for detail) by clicking on "Profile" beside the company name at the top of the screen
- To return to the Transaction Detail, click the X in the upper-right corner of the Enhanced Company Profile.

If needed, export your grid results (Export Results to Excel or CSV) or print the Transaction Detail (as a PDF or hard copy).
