Viewing Company Profile

Click on any of the links across the top of your screen to see additional information on the company associated with the document or record you're looking at.
  1. Company Profile tabs - click into the various tabs of information related to this company
  2. Securities Selector - select which securities pricing to view from among a list of all securities sold on North American exchanges
  3. Search results - navigates to previous and next search results
  4. Viewing Options 
    1. Search results - navigates to previous and next search results
    2. Full screen - launches the document in full screen mode
    3. Launch in new tab - launches the document in a new browser tab
    4. Close - closes document and returns to result list
 
Company Profiles provide immediate access to detailed company information and allow you to run additional searches on their documents without leaving your current result set. You can view the enhanced company profile for any company included in your results. The profile may include:
  1. SEDAR+ Profile
  2. Additional Company Profile - Global Industry Classification System sector and industry, etc.
  3. Securities Filings – a searchable dataset*
  4. Financials - extracted Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, annually and quarterly
  5. Key Ratios
  6. News – a searchable dataset*
  7. Insider Transactions – a searchable dataset*
  8. Audit Fees - a paid feature not available on all acounts
  9. Auditor Changes - a paid feature not available on all acounts
  10. Earnings - for each of the securities traded in North America
  11. Dividends - for each of the securities traded in North America
  12. Corporate Events - Filterable
  13. Analyst Coverage - Buy/Sell Recommendations
  14. Detailed Quote - with Previous Close, Shares Outstanding, Total Shares, etc. - - for each of the securities traded in North America
  15. Price History (with daily VWAP) - point-in-time searchable* - - for each of the securities traded in North America
  16. Advanced Chart - allows plotting Events, other Tickers, Indicators, etc., to the chart- for each of the securities traded in North America

Running a Search in a Company Profile

  1. Click into Securities Filings, News, or Insider Transactions—these are the three fully searchable datasets.

  2. These datasets contain the same documents you would find if you had loaded them in the left pane for research.

  3. Within Securities Filings, News, and Insider Transactions, you can:

    • Filter against all columns at once or focus on a single column.

    • Sort and export results.

    • Perform full-text searches (Securities Filings and News only).

  4. After running a search, click any result to view the document with search terms highlighted.

  5. Click on Search Results on the upper left (under the Back button) to go back to your original document you were looking at

  6. Click on the Back button in the upper left corner above the number of search results to go back to you r original list of search results.
